SAT
The best way to get better is to practice real questions.
It takes a lot of practice to get better at the SAT. With consistent practice, you will get better at recognizing the patterns. You should spend time practicing every day. The more the better, but it needs to be consistent.
I recommend an hour a day if studying for 3 months or less, or an hour every other day if studying for longer.
First, you should take the pretest and check your answers. This help will help give you an idea of which sections you should work on. The pretest doesn’t show the hardest problems of each type, so you should still do all the sections.
Click above to accesses the Google Drive folder with the handouts. There you will find everything needed to prepare.
When you work these problems it is important that you do the work and actually write it down, including drawing on the graphs and pictures; you should print them out or use an Ipad.
If you have the motivation, you can do this on your own by just getting help at Math Lab! If you want one on one help, we can provide that as well.
